Our Work

The HOA was formed in 2009 per the Declarations and Restrictions in our neighborhood.  The primary purpose of the HOA is maintain a 7.6 acre plat of land that serves as the drainage area for the neighborhood and is home to a variety of wild plants and flowers and animals.  The HOA's bylaws can be accessed on the Important Docs and Meetings page.

Resources

Rock River Disposal is the contracted garbage/recycling collector in our area.  Yard Waste collection begins Monday, March 21, 2016!  Remember to use brown yard waste collection bags or a garbage can with a large X marked on it.  Yard Waste collection ends for the season the first week of December!

The City of Rockford Water Department maintains the water storage facility on the corner of Rote and Bell School.  If you notice anything unusual (i.e. large amounts of water being discharged) please call and double check that they are aware.  We wouldn't want Lot 193 flooded!
